Delivery
It is our policy to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of
receiving them. We do however request that customers allow up to twenty eight
days for delivery. Orders reported lost during delivery cannot be replaced
within this period. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item
within twenty eight days, we will contact you immediately to agree another
time for delivery. If an agreement cannot be reached on a delivery time the
customer will be offered a full refund.
The cost of delivery is shown below in these tables
from the Royal
mail website, over 750g the package has to
be sent first class. It costs 49p for the mailite
bubblewrap packaging. So for example a pack of
poker size cards weighs 102g =
47p (UK delivery 2nd class) + 49p (packaging) = 96p.

Refunds & Exchanges
Under the terms of the Sale of goods act 1979,
faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to
us within a reasonable time after purchase. You
can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund.
Returns
If after purchasing a product you change your
mind, return it to us within fourteen days, unopened
and undamaged. We will provide a refund of the
cost of the item within 28 days, less a 15% handling
fee.
