Personal Details
When a customer places an order we receive the
name, postal address, email address and telephone/fax
number of the customer. We use this information
to dispatch orders, send invoices, respond to
enquiries and send marketing information where
this been agreed by the customer. This information
is never passed to any third party. Your details
are stored on our secure, password protected
customer database. This information is stored
in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Invoices & Packaging
When you place an order by credit/debit card through
Paypal the transaction will be shown under the
name of PayPal.
Mailing lists
We will only include you in our mailing list if
you have agreed to this. We will not give your
details to any third party. If you later change
your mind, you can remove your name from our
mailing list by logging in to your account and
changing your mailing preference.
Third parties
We will not give or sell your personal details
to any third party. We do not have access to
your credit card details.
Statistics
We may use general information from our customer
database, for statistical purposes. However this
information will not identify any individual
customer.

We operate our security procedures within the 'Code
of practice for information security management'

On registering with us your details will be stored
in a cookie on your system. This is a small program
which allows the web site to recognise you when
